Growing up in a humble neighborhood in Rio de Janeiro, where opportunities were scarce, I always knew I wanted to make a meaningful impact in the world. Like many young Brazilians, I dreamed of becoming a world-class football player. But if you’re reading this now, you already know that didn’t quite work out.

Changing the Brazilian Reality 📈

While still in high school, I co-founded Brazil's first investment competition for schools, OBInvest. In our first year, we attracted over 4,500 subscribers—all without any funding. To ensure the project’s success, I taught myself marketing from scratch, which not only made OBInvest thrive but also opened doors to incredible opportunities.

Today, OBInvest has directly impacted over 25,000 students, and the journey is far from over.

Being a Young Learner

During an Instagram live, I was invited by Forbes Under 30 honoree Wellington Vitorino, founder of Instituto Four, to move to São Paulo, Brazil. My mission? To contribute to Marketing and Operations for ProLíder, the country’s largest free youth leadership program.

In this new city, I immersed myself in a fast-paced and innovative environment, where I had the privilege of learning directly from some of Brazil’s most respected entrepreneurs.

Discovering Startup Models

Seeking a new challenge, I joined the growth team at OBr.Global, a seed accelerator and startup hub focused on scaling innovative startups.

This was one of the pivotal moments in my life, as I immersed myself in a dynamic ecosystem of ambitious entrepreneurs and industry experts. There I gained invaluable insights into building companies with a clear vision and implementing strategies for rapid growth.

Growth and Burnout 🤯

Now, more ready than ever to grow, I returned to Instituto Four, taking on greater responsibilities and leading major projects, now as Marketing Manager. Alongside an incredible team, we achieved the best results in ProLíder’s history.

However, I began to feel disconnected from my true purpose and noticed signs of burnout. After much reflection (6 months), I made the difficult decision to step back and explore a my own path.

After leaving my previous role due to burnout, I decided to take a leap and move to London. Immersed in diverse cultures, I found a fresh perspective and began developing the business plan for my current venture. This experience not only reignited my passion but also broadened my global outlook, shaping the way I approach business and life.
